Fabricated Steel

In the world of global logistics, excellence is never a static state. It is the result of continuous movement, high precision, and unwavering adaptability while maintaining operational rhythm. With Expeditors new office in Hanoi, Amana Workplace transformed this philosophy into space through the "Infinite Loop" concept — a seamless circulation of people, processes, and ideas. As a global logistics company operating in over 60 countries, Expeditors is built on a foundation of reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The workspace was designed to clearly reflect these values, through optimized layouts, clear circulation flows, and a flexible environment ready to support long-term growth.

Infinite Loop - A Workplace That Never Stands Still

With a design spanning two floors at Lancaster Luminaire Hanoi, the space was organized around continuous circulation axes, connecting work areas, collaboration zones, and support spaces into a unified circulation loop. No area is isolated; instead, each space naturally transitions to the next, promoting flexibility, cooperation, and operational clarity.

The aesthetic language is refined yet practical, with clean lines, balanced proportions, and carefully selected materials, creating a bright, polished environment. Simplified design details are skillfully incorporated to emphasize the concept of continuous movement and connection.

Balancing Innovation with Practicality

At the heart of Expeditors workspace at Lancaster Luminaire, the internal staircase connecting floors 11 and 12 is the most significant architectural signature of the project — and simultaneously the most challenging aspect during implementation.

Creating an inter-floor staircase in an operating Grade A building like Lancaster Luminaire is a complex equation, requiring a very high level of coordination and technical control. The main challenges include:

• Structural limitations: Floor opening work requires detailed structural analysis, strict approval procedures, and appropriate reinforcement solutions to ensure absolute safety and without affecting the building integrity.

• Strict regulations from Building Management: All parameters regarding dimensions, materials, fire resistance levels, and construction methods must strictly comply with the building owner standards and guidelines.

• Fire safety compliance: The staircase must fully meet the requirements of authorities regarding fire prevention, emergency exits, and smoke control, while preserving the original design intent.

• Complex construction organization: The construction sequence was carefully planned to coordinate with the existing conditions of the building, minimizing risks throughout the floor opening and structural intervention process.

Each implementation step required close coordination between Amana Workplace, structural consultants, MEP team, and Building Management to ensure the final solution meets both technical standards and the highest operational and aesthetic requirements.
