AMANA Partners with KEM NGHIA in Viet Nam’s Supply Chain Ecosystem

As part of its journey to connect with and explore Viet Nam’s manufacturing ecosystem, AMANA recently visited the KEM NGHIA factory — one of Viet Nam’s leading brands in personal care and beauty tool manufacturing. The visit provided valuable insights into modern manufacturing operations, advanced production management, and the sustainable development capabilities of Vietnamese enterprises within the global supply chain.

AMANA and Ho Chi Minh City Young Business Association (YBA) Representatives Visit the Factory

During the visit, the factory representatives introduced the history and development journey of KEM NGHIA, a brand that has established a strong position in the market over many years. In addition to its strong domestic presence, the company’s products are also exported to multiple international markets while meeting high-quality standards.

AMANA had the opportunity to tour the executive office area, manufacturing facilities, and modern production lines. From the production process of nail nippers, tweezers, cuticle pushers, and nail care tools to the finishing and quality inspection stages, all operations are professionally managed under standardized procedures. Advanced machinery combined with precision manufacturing technologies helps optimize productivity and ensure product consistency.

Exploring the Manufacturing Process at KEM NGHIA Factory

Beyond manufacturing capabilities, KEM NGHIA also invests heavily in operational management systems and software for production processes, human resources, and internal quality control. The integration of technology into management enables the company to efficiently monitor production progress, optimize resources, and enhance its ability to fulfill large-scale orders.

The factory environment impressed visitors with its clean landscape, well-planned infrastructure, and professional working atmosphere. The large-scale factory and extensive workforce reflect the company’s long-term and sustainable development orientation. Notably, approximately 15% of employees have worked at the company for over 15 years — a strong testament to the company’s stable corporate culture, positive work environment, and employee trust in the brand.

Through this visit, AMANA gained practical insights into how Vietnamese manufacturers are continuously improving operational capabilities, applying technology, and building transparent supply chains to meet increasingly demanding international standards.

Meeting & Networking with KEM NGHIA Leadership

Concluding the visit, AMANA highly appreciates the modern manufacturing model, professional management mindset, and sustainable development orientation that KEM NGHIA has successfully established. This not only demonstrates the manufacturing capabilities of Vietnamese enterprises but also reflects the strong growth potential of Viet Nam’s supply chain ecosystem in the era of global integration. AMANA believes that stronger connections between manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain management businesses will continue to create sustainable value for international markets.
